Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Stazh. The short version: the emails go out under your name from your own mailbox, so you are responsible for what they say and who they go to — and we give you the tools to check every one before it leaves.

01Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Stazh you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

02What Stazh does

Stazh finds companies and the people inside them worth contacting, researches both, writes outreach email from your CV and that research, and sends it from your own connected mailbox on a schedule you set. Features change as the product develops.

03Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at matej1simko@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

You may sign in with Google, with an email and password, or both. Connecting Google to an existing account links the two — it does not create a second one.

04Plans, credits and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Actions that cost us money — researching a company, revealing a contact, drafting — consume credits. The cost is shown before you confirm.
  • Credits are tied to your plan period and do not carry over unless we say so.
  • Refunds are handled case by case and in line with your statutory rights. Write to matej1simko@gmail.com.
  • Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stazh to:

  • Send bulk unsolicited mail unrelated to a genuine career approach.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your background, education or experience.
  • Harass, threaten, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Break any applicable law, including data protection and marketing rules.
  • Resell the service, or extract contact data in bulk for a purpose other than your own outreach.
  • Interfere with the service or try to access parts of it you should not.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, and we will tell you why.

06Your mailbox, your emails

Mail sent through Stazh comes from your address and is attributed to you. You decide whether each draft is sent, or you switch on automatic follow-ups for a campaign you have set up. Either way, you are the sender and you are responsible for the content.

You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, which stops all sending immediately.

07AI-written drafts

Drafts are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, out of date, or awkwardly worded, and they may misread something about a company or a person. They are a starting point, not a finished email.

Read every draft before it goes. Stazh is not responsible for the consequences of a message you chose to send.

08Your content

Your CV, your writing and your campaigns remain yours. You give us only the licence needed to run the service — to store your files, parse them, and use them to generate drafts for you. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it with other users.

You can delete your documents and your account from Settings.

09Contact data

Contact details come from third-party sources and from public company websites. We cannot guarantee they are accurate or current — an address may bounce, a role may have changed.

You are responsible for using that data lawfully, which in the EU, EEA and UK means having a legitimate basis for contacting someone and honouring any request to stop.

10Our intellectual property

The Stazh software, brand and design are ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you beyond the right to use the service.

11Availability

We aim to keep Stazh running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on providers we do not control — Google, Supabase, Apollo, OpenAI, Stripe — and any of them can fail or change their terms.

12Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any job application or approach made through Stazh.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the service entirely with reasonable notice. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Stazh afterwards means you accept the new version.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
